The UT-Battelle, LLC, Welfare Benefit Wrap Plan (Plan) maintains a Notice of Privacy Practices that provides information to individuals whose protected health information (PHI) will be used or maintained by the Plan. The notice is being mailed to all retirees enrolled in one of the ORNL medical plans.
