The Departments of Labor, Treasury, and Health and Human Services have extended indefinite enforcement relief to colleges and universities offering subsidized student health insurance plans for graduate assistants. Institutions can continue offering subsidies—without penalty—pending a permanent solution. The American College Health Foundation supports the field of college health and provides long-term financial support for ACHA. ACHA Individual and Institutional Members are eligible to apply for funding from ACHF.
