Instead of using man-made chemicals which only make me sicker.. cannabis has been effective however, not completely legal in this state. Legal to have but no dispensaries set up.. has been legal since 2013, what is the hold up? $$$$$$$$$$ all about the $$$$$$$$$ もっと見る

I have been suffering from IBS, fibromyalgia, low back pain (three back surgeries) and the medication I have been on have caused other health issues to the poin...t that I can't even function. It caused me to gain excess weight of 200+ pounds now to have issues with my Cardiologist. Now I am heavier than I have ever been. I have had enough!!! I have taken myself off of Cymbalta, but replaced it with NOW SAMe - 2 (400mg) with no adverse side effects.

I want to try the emulsified oregano in the worse way actually referred to me by my Chiropractor.

You know, I haven't worked in over four years and I would love to go back to work, but I need to feel better first and get some quality sleep.

I'm digging into information about any relationship between Parkinson's Disease and Essential Tremor. I've had ET since I was a child. Now my male cousin has PD. (His father was my grandmother's half-brother.) Years ago I read that there was a link and I've always believed it.

I post 2 stars... as I am disappointed with the disclosure of some studies... Ethically I find this propaganda page unjust....
I am looking for information on ...who was involved in the 2004 2005 2006 2007 and 2008 operation in the Human Systems Integration Division study on remote sensory manipulation, and neuro sensory applications in micro spectroscopy neuro stimulation from remote apparatus... (satellite) and the bell project from remote systems to host participants... I find it intriguing that we have all come so far... I understand that now Alonzo Vera is Chief and am wondering who was on the 2008 project... I was privately contracted with the group in counter surveillance software from remote systems and was actually on the neuroscience project for ambient sound modification from remote systems for classified comm systems utilized by the new secret surveillance satellite launched at the turn of 2000... We achieved many new limitations as many perceived even in the previous 2 decades that were said could be done... Starting after the launch of the synchronization software utilized by IFR systems before the defense department was even aware of LOL due to the language in the funding bill... But yes... we have come along way as I specialize in anti matter mass particle manipulation in micro focal application of micro spectroscopy in radiological imagery.... We often had fun watching high profile people even in their homes... with all of the protections of unlegislated science... still to this very day..... I had one kid who would watch stars... His favorite was watching Eminem write his lyrics as he was in his tour bus.... stupid to me... but still setting the measure of technology... My question is.... Now that I have left the group who's cover Company for out instillation was Global Net... as we once had to even cover the cover by posting our group at Reflections Network, Network Solutions Technology Inc.. My question is.... I spoke with a few people on the team as we each had remote locations to secure our instillation... was if anyone know Tony or Brian or Wakefield or Miller... or Maybe even Bloomberg or Lewis? ... that were also on my team... I am just trying to get ahold of the guys and see what everyone is up to now... IM<sure><Not>< monitoring terrorist as we used too... But someone has to be having some kind of fun.... anywho.... Nice to post and hope everyone has a Great day! もっと見る

Dear DRs and Scientist. My name is Ricard Siagian 47 yrs male. I am a Philadelphia permanent resident, temporarily overseas for emergency (my mother health and ...now in heaven) and delayed health reason but coming back to Philadelphia hopefully soon.

I am writing you this letter after months of intensive research for many individuals or organization that working in a field that related with my health condition. I am not sure if you are working in hospital or clinic to treat a patient or only practicing research. If you are not treating such patient condition I hope out of your humble heart and soul could share or connect me with them who could help and treat. My condition is also unique to be studied since almost no one in my knowledge or in my experience ever have or facing such condition and my apology if I am wrong. The rareness of my condition is one of the reason to not yet getting a proper treatment or diagnose. It does has history that maybe too long to be explained now here, but I will when it is needed as it will be very important to be explaned.

To the point, I have not been able to sleep for already four months. It is happened after consuming full two weeks course of UTI medication in US last August 2015 (I will tell you the name of the medication if you need me to mention in private as I think it will be important without effecting the other parties). I believe it is the trigger of my adverse reaction especially my main concerned condition which is Total Insomnia that has driven me to a real hell. I have a severe pain along my spines and my heart whenever my sleepy tired body begging my brain to cooperate to sleep everyday everynight. Too bad my brain never received or awared or never understand or never care that signal or message. My brain never turn off and never want to sleep. I cannot even pass the phase one sleep or REM, how can I wish for Slow Wave sleep? This is not sleeping difficulty or regular insomnia but this is sleeping disability or total inability to sleep 24hrs for four months until today. Imagine wake up 22 hrs everyday twiching riding my bed waiting for night time to take my dangerous sleeping pill that can only make me sleep two hours in a good evening (mostly with nightmares) and no one cares. I am so devastated with this that made me to become unstable physically and mentally become depressed. But my depression is not the cause of this condition, it is instead as the result. My inability to sleep is like person facing Fatal Familia Insomnia or Prion or sporadic fatal insomnia but the different is my "total insomnia" condition is not a disease neither genetic. It is seems like a toxic contraction (chronic oxidation) that effect my sleeping regulation in my system and hopefully not yet caused total damage or termination to my tissue/cell/neural so there will be a chance to be repaired or regenerate. Thst is why I still have a fate and hope for this to be cure or at least I could sleep naturally. But you as experienced expert in your field will know more thsn I though. That is why here I am sitting on my knees for you. I am so lonely especially most people not believe in what I am facing and they says that it is all in my head. And I think they are right because the thalamus that control my sleep and awake in deed located in my head. But what they meant is that I can not sleep because I have a mental issue (I never had that)and need to see the psychologist. I did that anyway just to please them and see other neurologis and regular doctors here. I am now taking Esilgan (Estazolam) for already more than three month and I am in great fear of this medicine for long term every every night. I dont have a strong reason to stop (tapering) this benzo because my reason to take it at first place is to make me sleep and I never abuse it but I do take on the night and no other choice. At the first month of my condition, I did tried bunch of OTC and many natural herbal sleeping medication for at least ten varieties such, Melatonin, 5HTP, Valerian, Passion flower, Ashwaghanda, Gaba, Sculcap, reflexology, accupuncture, etc. Also some SSSR and prescribed medicines such Seroquel but none seem to help. Esilgan (Estazolam) which I took now only make me sleep for two hours at the most (with nightmares) every night. My body now loosing its immunity and deteriorated because "no sleeping is no healing" thing. Please help me to find a proper place and team to be diagnosed and treated. I am willing to face any risk and willing to sign any papers if I become a clinical patient. I still have a return flying ticket to US. Here Indonesia there is no specislist DRs and Neurologist for Sleeping disorder neither specializing in CNS. The top of their case is brain cancer. I have been writing hundreds of letter to scientists, clinics, foundation, hospital, established donors, news, media, etc all over the world but God has not yet letting them to help me and I dont know why. I am a good American resident, I pay tax for years, I was a hard worker, and a father of my only 8 yrs old son who live in US not until I am facing this condition. I want to keep fighting for my son but I am only a human that can only get better with other human help, in this case, you. I need an advanced treatment for this condition, no matter if it will be success or not. I will prefer that way than letting my self dying without trying to find more hope. I am hoping that you can or there will be a team in your though that can put me in a consideration to be treated so if I am survived, I will continue to help others. I have a dreams to help poor children with creative activity after school workshop in a poor places and I want this dream to be continued. If I failed and die, at least I have aready try my best out of advance knowledge available out there, and I know that you and other that you knows have that. Please get back to me I also praying for your peace, health and prosper no matter you can save me or not.

Please response me in your convenience so I can give you more information such my plan to fly back, my condition history, a better communication (phone) and so on. Please dont let me down too soon.

God bless you and thank you for your time.

Ricard Siagian

The SmartBLAST service has recently been updated to emphasize matches to the landmark database, which comprises the proteomes from 26 well-curated genomic assemblies. The display also now presents more information about conserved domains and details about the query. SmartBLAST quickly finds the closest relatives to a protein query and evaluates the phylogenetic relationship among the query and matched sequences. You can start a SmartBLAST search from the SmartBLAST page or the BLAST home page. Read more about SmartBLAST on NCBI Insights.
