Career Development & Mentoring Resources
ORWH provides mentoring resources to help researchers create and maintain productive mentoring relationships.
Mentoring is a relationship and a learning process that results in positive outcomes for all involved. Because it can play such a critical part in career success, mentoring was the focus of the Working Group on Women in Biomedical Careers' first national workshop in 2007.
These resources address processes and expectations for the person being mentored (mentee), the person providing mentoring support (mentor), and the organization.
