Controlled Hunt Information

A controlled hunt is a term used to describe a hunt with a limited number of tags, as opposed to a general season hunt, which usually involves an unlimited* number of tags. Controlled hunts are often desirable because of location and/or timing, and success rates are usually higher in controlled hunts than general season hunts.

* Some general seasons do have a capped number of tags.
