Beginning July 1, 2016, Continuing Education Sponsors of POST approved training will be required to submit "Affidavit of Attendance" rosters to the POST Board. We encourage agencies to send the document(s) via e-mail to POSTBoard.Continuing.Education-Rosters@state.mn.us. We will also accept the training documents by mail or fax (651-643-3072) if needed. You will find the "Affidavit of Attendance" rosters as well as more information regarding the "Tracking of Continuing Education Credits" on our website under the "Continuing Education" tab. FYI...PATROL Online rosters will be submitted by the League of Minnesota Cities. An agency should only submit a roster from courses approved under their sponsor number.
