District News:  February 14, 2013 - Charleston Police Department and the United States Marshals teamed up to apprehend a bank robber in Louisville, Kentucky. William D. Young was arrested late Wednesday evening after Deputy U.S. Marshals tracked him to Louisville. Young is a suspect in the February 1, 2013 armed robbery of the Patrick Street BB&T.
