The Bookletchart Page Index shows the general layout of the chart among the printed
pages; it does not show the exact area of coverage for any particular page. Differences
between the index page (showing general coverage) and each page’s actual coverage are
unavoidable.
Why aren’t the index page images and the actual pages the same?
During construction, all border pages are sized as full pages so they can be viewed side-by-side in a book format. With this format, significant overlap (up to 95 percent), may exist on
adjacent pages.
For the best display, try to print on both sides of the paper. If your printer does not
support duplex printing, staple single-sided pages back-to-back.
If you are viewing the BookletChart electronically, enable two-page viewing. In Adobe
Acrobat, use the View – Page Display menu option.
