LOSCO’s primary function is
to ensure effective coordination and representation
of the state’s interests in all matters related
to spill response and prevention. Our principal goals
are to:

unauthorized discharges of oil
· Provide for an effective spill response
· Compensate the public for damages to the state’s natural resources
· Assist the public through education, service, and public outreach
