Plan ahead, slow down and drive safe this winter

Snow and ice will continue to create difficult travel conditions for the next couple months. Remember, it’s important to drive according to weather conditions, avoid distractions and give snow plows room to operate. Don’t forget to turn your vehicle’s lights on when it’s snowing, raining or foggy. Before you go, check road conditions at Minnesota’s 511 Information System, and check your car’s emergency kit.
