Exhibits

The Center for Legislative Archives has partnered with the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center (CVC) since its opening in 2008 to display historic documents from the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, and the National Archives. The Center works closely with the CVC to curate rotating exhibits featuring landmark legislation and other treasures from the records of Congress.

The Exhibition Hall at the CVC features the only exhibit in the country dedicated to telling the story of Congress and the history of the Capitol. New rotations in the Exhibition Hall are installed twice a year, in March and September. The Center features highlights from upcoming and new rotations on Tumblr. A small selection of those features can be found below.
