Marketing and Regulatory Programs Business Services

The Marketing and Regulatory Programs Business Services unit of USDA's Marketing and Regulatory Programs (MRP) provides resource management and administrative services to support the objectives of the three MRP agencies--the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), and the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA).

Program Priorities

  • User Fees

    APHIS develops and implements user fees and provides full cost recovery for services rendered. Provides policy guidance and develops procedures relating to user fee activities.

  • New Employee Orientation

    New Employee, welcome to the U. S. Department of Agriculture. In this on-line Orientation, we have included information to answer questions you may have about working for the Federal Government as a new employee, or as a transferring employee (coming from a Federal agency or department outside of the US Department of Agriculture).
