The tables below allow you to create a customized search interface.
For details, see Advanced Search Help,
Data Dictionary and this Example.
Basic Instructions:
-
Check the boxes for fields you want, either as fields to limit your
search or to display in the results.
Checking a blue field will select all fields in that table.
-
Important: If you choose fields from multiple tables,
make sure they share a key (shown in red), otherwise
the search will fail. For example, suppose you want fields from the
Patient, Sequence sample,
and Accession tables.
The Patient and Sequence sample
tables need to be joined by the PAT id
keys, and
the Sequence sample and Accession
tables need to be joined by the SE id
keys.
The selection of at least one SE id field will
speed up sequence downloads.
-
Click on "Make Search Interface". This will take you to a search
interface composed of the selected fields.
-
After limiting your search as desired, click "Search". Note: searches
are case sensitive and
have other differences from our regular search interface (see
Help).
-
From the search results page, you will have several options for
downloading data and sequences.
