Runaway and Homeless Youth Final Rule

The Family and Youth Services Bureau, Administration for Children and Families (ACF), issued a final rule that reflects existing statutory requirements in the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act and changes made through the Reconnecting Homeless Youth Act of 2008. The final rule provides program performance standards for Runaway and Homeless Youth grantees that will monitor grantees' achievements related to the goals of the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act, as well as assess the quality and effectiveness of their programs.
