No Fear Act

The NO FEAR Act - (P.L. 107-174) requires accountability of Federal Agencies for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws.

The NO FEAR Act requires the Railroad Retirement Board to post statistical information concerning complaints of employment discrimination.

The NO FEAR Act also requires federal agencies to provide notice to all of its employees, former employees, and applicants for Federal employment about the rights and remedies available under the Antidiscrimination Laws and Whistleblower Protection Laws.
