To be a registered Vendor with the State of Alabama, interested Vendors must complete an online registration form with the Alabama Finance Department's Purchasing Division. As part of that registration, Vendors are required to submit a $200 payment which will allow them two (2) years' access to view, print, bid and/or be awarded a solicitation to bid.

RFP for Medicaid Electronic Content Management System (MECMS) Logistics Project(RFP 2011-MITA-01) is under review by the Alabama Medicaid Agency and may be replaced with a subsequent version. Upon release of another version letters will be sent to appropriately-registered vendors notifying them about the posting.
