The Hawaii State Child Support Enforcement Agency is a division within the Department of the Attorney General. The Agency works in partnership with the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement and other State and local agencies. The primary goal of this Agency is to ensure that our Keiki (children) have the ongoing financial support of both parents, by providing a system for payments and disbursements of court-ordered child support. It is our sincere desire that this website will provide you with the information and the tools you need to ensure that court-ordered child support payments are made and received in a timely manner.
