The Training and Management Assistance Program (TMA) manages a five-year multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle. Through an expedited procurement process, we offer Government agencies a cadre of pre-qualified commercial firms with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing customized training and human capital solutions to improve individual, group, and enterprise performance. We manage more than 800 projects annually and support more than 200 Government customers.
