Services for Agencies Performance Management

Specialized Workshops

Since each agency and its performance management system are unique, OPM can develop specialized trainings and workshops based on agency need.  While our various off-the-shelf trainings are customized for each customer agency, those trainings may not be enough.  If your agency has had a recent policy change or new program related to performance management, OPM Consultants can develop a specialized training and/or workshop for that policy or new program.

Workplace Harassment

Course Description: This course provides an overview of workplace harassment. The course material is designed to help Federal employees and supervisors better identify behaviors associated with workplace harassment and take appropriate action. The course covers three key topics:

  1. Sexual Harassment:  The course covers sexual harassment (as defined in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Pub. L. 88-352) (Title VII), as amended), how to effectively prevent and/or identify incidents, and how to implement mechanisms to appropriately address and/or correct any wrongful behavior.
  2. Workplace Bullying: Workplace bullying is a sensitive and difficult issue to discuss and address. The course covers critical information and understanding of what workplace bullying may look like, what employees can do to educate on and prevent this type of behavior, and what reporting mechanisms are in place if it does occur whether during (or in limited situations outside of) work hours.
  3. Misconduct: Other types of workplace harassment fall under misconduct. The course provides examples of misconduct and how incidents are handled in Federal agencies. The material covers employee rights, consequences, and the necessary steps to take to properly and legally take conduct-based actions.
