As part of the President’s Management Agenda, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and the Presidential Personnel Office (PPO) are launching the Hiring Excellence Campaign (HEC). The theme of the HEC is “Connecting with Top Talent”, and it is designed to assist the Federal Government in attracting diverse, talented, applicants and hiring highly-qualified candidates. These goals will be achieved through engaged and empowered hiring managers supported by highly-skilled human resources staff.
