The Doing Business with OPM site is designed to help the public, small business, small disadvantaged business (SDB), services disabled veteran owned business (SDVOB), women-owned business (WOSB), historically underutilized business (HUBZone), 8(a) certified small disadvantaged business, and other Federal agencies understand how to find contracting opportunities, register to do business with OPM, and to connect with small businesses, among other things.
