On July 30, 2010, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control issued the Lebanon Sanctions Regulations 
, as new part 549 of 31 CFR, to implement Executive Order 13441 of August 1, 2007, "Blocking Property of Persons Undermining the Sovereignty of Lebanon or Its Democratic Processes and Institutions." This new final rule was published at 75 FR 44907 (July 30, 2010).
