Last fall, facilities regulated under the Animal Welfare Act had the opportunity to submit their USDA Annual Reports online for the first time. Based on user feedback, USDA has made significant improvements to the system, making this year’s submission process even easier.
If you choose to submit your Annual Report online this year, you will need the appropriate USDA login credentials to ensure that access to your organization’s information remains secure.

WHO SHOULD GET CREDENTIALED?
To interact with USDA online, you must be credentialed through USDA's eAuthentication (eAuth) system. eAuth was recently updated to make registration more convenient than ever before.
We recommend that the person or people in your organization who typically fill out your facility’s Annual Report get eAuth credentials.
HOW DO I GET CREDENTIALED?
If you already have eAuth, you can use your existing credentials.
If you don't have eAuth, then sign up now by navigating to https://www.eauth.usda.gov/eauth/b/usda/login
