Public Health Reports
Overview
Public Health Reports (PHR) is the official journal of the U.S. Public Health Service and the U.S. Surgeon General. Published since 1878, PHR has been one of the key information resources in the field of public health. PHR is a peer-reviewed journal, published on a bi-monthly basis, offering articles in three main areas: public health practice, research, and viewpoints/commentaries.
PHR is published through an agreement with the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH)

Surgeon General's Perspectives
