Federal Management Regulation
The FMR is the successor regulation to the Federal Property Management Regulation (FPMR). It contains updated regulatory policies originally found in the FPMR.
Federal Travel Regulation
The FTR is the regulation contained in 41 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Chapters 300 through 304, which implements travel policies for travel by Federal civilian employees and others authorized to travel at government expense.
General Services Acquisition Manual
The GSAM consolidates GSA agency acquisition rules and guidance. The GSAM incorporates the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) as well as internal agency acquisition policy.
IMPROVING REGULATIONS
As called for by President Obama in Executive Order 13563, "to facilitate the periodic review of existing significant regulations," GSA finalized its plan to perform a retrospective review of existing significant regulations.
