Do you have a reward tag?
Should your tag have the word "REWARD"” on it, you must send it to the address below in order to receive your reward. After completing your Tagged Fish report, you will be provided the opportunity to print your report for mailing. You will also receive a letter returning your tag, along with information about your fish.
