WELCOME TO THE OKLAHOMA INTERNET CLAIM SYSTEM
For those of you who have previously filed, the system will have a different look than you are used to seeing. The new system allows more flexibility for the user. New features include the ability to view claim information on claims filed within the last three years. That information will include weekly payments, nonmonetary determinations, and 1099 information. In addition you will be able to change your contact information and file appeals to non-monetary determinations. It also includes the normal features that allow you to file initial and weekly claims.
This site is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, Google Chrome Version 2.0, Mozilla Firefox Version 3.0, Safari Version 3.1, and Opera Version 9.62 as your minimum browser version. If you do not meet this minimum requirement, you will not be able to file your claim via the Internet.

Weekly Claims: If you are experiencing any technical difficulties filing your weekly claim, please call the unemployment claims Interactive Voice Response system at 405.525.1500 or 1.800.555.1554. You will be able to complete your weekly claim at anytime.

New Claims: If you are experiencing any technical difficulties filing your initial claim online, you must contact the service center at 405.525.1500 or 1.800.555.1554 Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:15pm (excluding holidays).

NOTE: The natural language of the documents is English.

Privacy Statement: Disclosure of your Social Security Number is MANDATORY and must be entered to file a claim for unemployment benefits. Should you decline to disclose your Social Security Number your claim will not be processed. Your Social Security Number will be used to report your unemployment compensation to the Internal Revenue Service. It will also be used as a record index for processing your claim, for statistical purposes, to verify your eligibility for unemployment compensation and by other public agencies for the administration of their programs.
