Translate nucleotide to amino acid sequences

Purpose: This tool translates nucleotide sequences into amino acid sequences.

Details: A single sequence or alignment is accepted. In most cases, the program will automatically identify the file format and return the output in the same format. If your input is GenBank or EMBL format, your output will be Fasta. You can select to receive the translation in frame one or in all three frames. You can select how nucleotide ambiguity characters are translated.
