Public Financial Disclosure Reports & Ethics Agreements
Copies of the public financial disclosure reports of executive branch leaders (officials occupying positions for which the pay is set at Levels 1 and 2 of the Executive Schedule) are available online here.

Executive Branch Agency Ethics Pledge Waivers
Copies of limited waivers to the Ethics Pledge required by Executive Order 13490 of January 21, 2009 are available here. The waivers available on this page include waivers issued by Designated Agency Ethics Officials (DAEOs) to appointees serving in Executive Branch agencies. Waivers issued by the White House and the Office of the Vice President are posted on the White House website, www.whitehouse.gov.

Annual Report on Executive Order 13490 (Ethics Pledge)
Copies of OGE’s Annual Report on Executive Order 13490 are available here. These reports are issued pursuant to the President’s Executive Order on Ethics (Executive Order 13490 of January 21, 2009, “Ethics Commitments by Executive Branch Personnel”). This report, also referred to as the pledge report, provides information about the efforts of the U.S. Office of Government Ethics to ensure that agency officials have implemented the Ethics Pledge appropriately.
