United States Office of Government Ethics, Preventing Conflicts of Interest in the Executive Branch

Education

The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is committed to educating executive branch ethics officials and federal employees on the conflicts of interest statutes and ethics regulations. OGE’s team of professional staff and attorneys are continuously developing new courses and online training modules. In addition to the courses, OGE develops job aids, brochures, quick reference guides and posters that ethics officials can use and in some cases customize to meet the daily needs and demands of the employees they serve.

Education Resources for Ethics Officials
The U.S. Office of Government Ethics has a very robust education and training program. OGE educates agency ethics officials on the ethics laws and regulations and assists them in meeting the needs of their own ethics programs. OGE fulfils this mission through many forms of written and visual media including job aids, brochures, pamphlets, and instructor led and web based training.
