CPD Systems
What Information Systems Are Used to Support CPD Programs?
The Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) is used by grantees of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) programs to report performance and access funds. Grantees also use IDIS for Consolidated Planning.
The Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR) system is used by grantees of the CDBG Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), Rural Innovation Fund (RIF) programs and by technical assistance providers to access funds and report program income.
e-snaps supports the annual Continuum of Care Program Application and annual performance reporting for homelessness assistance programs.
The Homelessness Data Exchange (HDX) accepts data for the Housing Inventory Count (HIC), the Point-in-Time (PIT) Count, and the Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR). Continuums of Care are responsible for implementing a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) software solution that complies with HUD's related data collection, management, and reporting standards.
The HUD Environmental Review Online System (HEROS) supports preparation and management of environmental review records. HEROS provides on-screen guidance for the environmental review process, covering all levels of review for Part 50 and Part 58 projects.
