Doing Business with Us

We work with vendors who can help us find or develop the right tools, people, strategies, infrastructure, and programs in support of our mission. We do this work in the open. Here you’ll find information about both existing and future procurements. Any questions? Contact our head of procurement.

Opportunities to work with us

Step one Register with System of Award Management (SAM)

Processes for procurement and awards across the federal government are managed in the System of Award Management. Anyone interested in federal procurements or awards should first register with SAM.

Register with the System of Award Management at SAM.gov

Step two Identify a specific opportunity

The scope, requirements, and due dates for all of our open procurement opportunities are listed at FedBizOpps.

Step three Monitor upcoming procurement needs

We publish a list of any significant vendor services we expect to need in the near future.

Existing and past service contracts

Each year, we publish worksheets of all our service contracts and the details of our largest contracts. We also send a memo to the Office of Management and Budget describing our plans for budget analysis.
