Washington, DC - Today, Congressman Andy Biggs introduced the Protection from Obamacare Mandates and Congressional Equity Act. This legislation provides an exemption to the Obamacare individual mandate for individuals residing in counties with fewer than two health insurance issuers offering plans on an Exchange.
