Biological Opinions


A biological opinion is the document that states the opinion of the Fish and Wildlife Service as to whether or not an action by another federal agency is likely to jeopardize the continued existence of listed species or result in the destruction or adverse modification of critical habitat.   The Yreka Fish and Wildlife Office has produced the following biological opinions.
