The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Fuel Cell Technologies Office (FCTO) offers information about open and closed funding opportunities, requests for information, and links to related opportunities from other DOE offices and federal organizations.

The FCTO mission is to research, develop, and validate hydrogen production, delivery, storage, and fuel cell technologies. In carrying out this mission, FCTO selects research and development and other projects through open and competitive procurements and encourages collaborative partnerships among industry; universities; national laboratories; federal, state, and local governments; and non-government agencies.

DE-FOA-0001647: Fuel Cell Technologies Office Annual FOA
This funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is for the research and development of low-cost hydrogen production, onboard hydrogen storage, and proton exchange membrane fuel cells to advance the widespread commercialization of fuel cell electric vehicles. Selected projects will leverage national lab consortia launched under DOE's Energy Materials Network this past year, in support of DOE's materials research and advanced manufacturing priorities.
