NMFS Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Program is an agency-wide program designed to improve NMFS data management by establishing policies and best practices  for managing, sharing and integrating our information. It is directed by  the NMFS Information Architect as Chair of the Fisheries Information Management Advisory Committee (FIMAC) which was established in 2008 by the NMFS Leadership Council to advise them on matters of information management.
