Nick has nearly 30 years of public policy and environmental management experience in both the public and private sectors. He previously served as Deputy Secretary in the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Director of the Environmental Management Center for the Brandywine Conservancy in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania and as Secretary of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.

Jim has worked for the Environmental Protection Agency in various positions since 1984. As deputy director of the Chesapeake Bay Program, Jim plays a lead role in coordinating activities between the EPA and other federal agencies. He also works with state and local authorities to develop strategies that will improve water quality and conserve living resources across the watershed.

Rich has worked at the Chesapeake Bay Program for more than 25 years, leading the integration of science into multi-partner decision-making. He is responsible for providing state-of-the-science environmental monitoring, multi-media modeling, distrubuted data and information management, and technical data analysis and interpretation to the partnership. He is also leading efforts to use the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load, or pollution diet, to help state and local partners accelerate their on-the-ground reduction of nutrient and sediment pollution.

Carin is responsible for coordinating federal, state and local actions to improve water quality, habitat and living resource conditions in the Chesapeake Bay and its rivers. Some of the responsibilities of her team include coordination within and between Chesapeake Bay Program partner teams and committees, development of decision support tools to allow for adaptive management, the development and use of indicators and performance measures, and ongoing support for the Federal Office Directors.
