Visitors Visitors are welcome at Alchesay and Williams Creek. Picnic facilities, rest rooms, and interpretative displays are available. Wildlife is abundant at both hatcheries. Reservation permits are required when camping or fishing on Indian lands. These may be purchased in the nearby town of Whiteriver or surrounding areas. Tours General hatchery tours are self-guided at both facilities. Some areas of both facilities are accessible for people with disabilities. Guided hatchery tours may also be arranged for large groups or organizations by advance request. There are guest logs and visitor information available at each station. For questions or arrangements contact either hatchery at (928) 338-4901 or (928) 334-2346. Unguided tours using the nature trail and interpretive signs may be enjoyed during the normal visitor center hours listed above.
