Colts owner Jim Irsay announced on Twitter that QB Andrew Luck had outpatient surgery on his right shoulder, an issue that had bothered him since the 2015 season. Irsay said Luck will be ready for the 2017 season.Luck aggravated his shoulder while trying to make a tackle after throwing an interception against Denver in Week 2 this season. Luck was listed on the team's injury report every week this season and was usually limited in practice on Thursday's.
