Areas of fog will develop overnight. The visibility will fall below 1/2 mile at times, especially northwest of a line from Hamilton to Fort Worth to Paris. All fog should lift shortly after sunrise Thursday.
Overnight lows will be in the mid to upper 40s. Some isolated to scattered showers may form over areas east of I-35. Otherwise, gradual sky clearing along western counties will allow for the development of fog.
Much warmer temperatures will return Thursday after some fog during the morning hours. South-Southwest winds will increase to near 15 mph with much more sunshine. Highs will be 65 to 75 degrees Thursday afternoon. The warm continues on Friday with highs in the 70s. Lows each night will be between 45 and 55 degrees. Low chances for thunderstorms return Friday night.
A chance of thunderstorms will return to North and Central Texas on Saturday. A few strong to perhaps severe thunderstorms will be possible, especially east of a cold front where the most unstable air will exist. This is also where the best rain chances will be.
