Academics

Whether students come to Carolina undecided on a major or with one in mind, they will find that the University opens the door to a universe of knowledge. Students take classes they’ve always wanted to take, or they delve into something unknown. Some students invest time in groundbreaking research while others mirror their study of history books with the use of digital technologies. Others find a path into one of Carolina’s many professional schools.  Some try a little of everything. Carolina offers classes abroad, on campus or online. Whatever path our students choose, the academic experience at Carolina prepares them to make a difference in the world.
