Earthdata Productivity Tools

Earthdata offers several productivity tools like JIRA and the Earthdata User Support Tool, among others. The Earthdata User Support Tool is utilized by representatives within the EOSDIS community to respond to user input and requests on a variety of topics related to Earthdata. JIRA, the Earthdata issue management ticketing system, is utilized by the Earthdata development team to track content and functional enhancement requests or bug reports.
