If your employer is offering SHOP health insurance
If your employer offers you health insurance through the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) Marketplace, you’ll get an email or letter explaining your options and next steps.
IMPORTANT This page applies only to employees who've been offered health insurance through the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) Marketplace. (If you have a SHOP offer, you’ll have a SHOP “participation code” or “SHOP Unique Code” from your employer.)

- If your employer isn't offering any health insurance, or you're self-employed or not employed, you may be able to buy a plan through the Marketplace for Individuals & Families.
