FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
ACT (FOIA)
The FOIA allows you to obtain information from various agencies
of the federal government, including the Department of Energy (DOE), Strategic
Petroleum Reserve Project Management Office (SPRPMO). Requests are
governed by the provisions of the FOIA, set forth in 5 U.S.C. 552, and in the
Department's regulations implementing the Act, set forth in
10 CFR 1004
