254.3 FeetThe trailer house at the south end of Idle Wheels Trailer Park start to take water. Water is up to the parking lot at City Park. Paynes Creek Slough closes Bell Mill Road at Kaer Avenue.
255.0 FeetWater starts into the houses on Mary Lane, Howell Street, and surrounding streets.
