16 CFR Part 315: Contact Lens Rule; Notice of Proposed Rulemaking; Request for Public Comment

The FTC seeks public comments on its proposal to amend the Contact Lens Rule to require that prescribers obtain a signed acknowledgment after releasing a contact lens prescription to a patient, and maintain each such acknowledgment for a period of not less than three years.  The Commission seeks comment on this proposal and several other issues.
