Prosecutors who partner with the FTC get significant results. In FY 2015 prosecutors:
- helped initiate 91 indictments or complaints against FTC-related defendants
- obtained 34 convictions or guilty pleas with an average sentence of more than 60 months
- Since CLU’s launch in 2003, prosecutors have indicted more than 860 FTC-related defendants and their associates.
