Westerly winds and abundant sunshine will result in above normal temperatures for Thursday.
Winds will be increasing in the higher elevations of the Guadalupe Mountains tonight, and in the lower elevations of the Guadalupes, and the Davis Mountains above 6500 ft Thursday. A High Wind Warning is in effect for tonight through Friday morning for westerly winds increasing 40 to 55 mph gusting to 60 to 70 mph.
