Review of Agency Rules
State agencies are directed to review their administrative rules by the Government Code, §2001.039, added by Acts, 1999, 76th Legislature, Chapter 1499, Art. 1, Section 1.11.
Included here are notices of plan to review. Notices of intention to review, which invite public comment on specified rules and notices of readoption, which summarize public comment to specified rules, are published as they are filed in the Rules Review section in each issue of the Texas Register.
