NorthWynn is located within the Wynn Nature Center, a 140acre Wildlife Preserve

Beauty. History. Comfort. You'll have them all inside and outside of this home. Views of Kachemak Bay, mountains and glaciers! The extensive landscaping has been completed to insure that the neighboring wildlife finds it welcoming and you may spot many species on the property.

Carl Wynn's daughter, Billie Fischer, has donated the house to us, The Center for Alaskan Coastal Studies, Homer's premier non-profit dedicated to connecting people to the nature of Kachemak Bay

With your NorthWynn stay, each guest receives complimentary Forest to Sea Passes and we'll pick you up at the door for our Beaches, Birds, Brew & Oysters Too Tour!.
